I was skeptical about buying a dining set without seeing it first in person. However, this set exceeded my expectations. The table is solid and sturdy and nice and long with the extention. It actually looks like it could seat eight with the extension. The entire set together makes quite an impression. It is formal looking, but still casual enough for everyday use.

The table and chairs are wonderful! It's solidly constructed and definitely well-crafted. And the price was the best I'd seen....and believe me, I looked! The only slight issue I had was that the color of the table top was not as light as it looked in the picture (and it wasn't just my computer because I looked at it from others as well).
