From accessories to complete living, dining and bedrooms, each is unique, all handmade by the world's master craftsmen.

To bring you the romance of the African savanna and the tradewinds of Barbados, I have searched the far corners of the globe, and traveled back in time to find the inspirations for our unique and original collections of fine furniture. Retracing the steps of British, Dutch and French colonists, my discoveries have come from the rainforest huts of Java, sugar plantations in the West Indies and tented safaris on the Kalahari. In addition to creating my designs, I find great joy in discovering, and creating, authentic traditional designs from the 19th & early 20th century - Graceful pieces that served generations of traders, explorers, planters & adventurers. Every design is a reflection of the rich intermingling of European and native cultures in those faraway places.

Each of our creations is individually hand-crafted and has its own story, its own soul. Created using the same centuries-old techniques as the original master craftsmen, each piece is hand-crafted using mortise-and-tenon joinery, lost-wax brass castings, durable shellacs and hand-rubbed waxes. We use only the finest materials available, from cultivated hardwoods and veneers to natural fibers and leathers. Like its forebears, each is built for lifetimes of use and enjoyment.
