TEMPO will replace any item due to manufacturing defects. These include defective welding and finishing, mismatched parts, out of shape parts, etc. Moving parts (swivels, casters, etc.) and fabrics are not covered by this warranty. the swivels, however, are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Returns & Exchanges

The stool was well made and solid, with a comfortable seat. Also, there was a wide selection of metal finishes and fabrics. The online depiction of the fabric and metal finish that I selected was an accurate representation of the actual materials received. The only slight disappointment with the product is that the swivel bearings on the seat are slightly noisy. I was satisfied enough with the product to order two more.
